Overview

The Challenge

All incoming calls within the interconnected multi-facility configuration are handled by a team of employees at the central control station. The customer wanted a visualisation software that should provide a straightforward graphical overview of the waiting times of incoming calls and the current overall system load.

The Solution

A software application based on our ComWIN SDK provides the operators at the control centre with current status information on a special monitor. This shows all the incoming calls of the day and the previous day. Operators can see at a glance how many staff is on-line and ready to take calls. This information is supplemented by details on their overall performance and call waiting times from over the past 24 hours to within the last 15 minutes. As a result, the operator can react quickly and assign more staff at peak times.
