ComREC - Audio Recording Module

ComREC is a Windows-based audio recording solution that enables easy, user-friendly capturing and editing of Intercom connections within the Studio platform.

• RTP (Real-Time Transport Protocol) audio streams can be recorded directly and conveniently from any IP terminal.
• Analogue and digital subscriber connections can be recorded via the Intercom Server.
• Support for up to 100 simultaneous audio streams (up to five per IP card) and storage of up to 10 million recordings
• Intelligent Radio Recording ensures that pauses in the conversation will be automatically omitted from the recording.
• Full traceability via searchable metadata (call details, timestamps, etc.) stored in an SQL database (to be installed separately).
• Audio files are stored within the file system on the local server or on a network drive.
• The data stream is buffered to the local storage device to prevent data loss.
• Export of audio files for further use (e.g., to help improve customer service quality).
• Individual sections of the recording can be cut and exported for further processing.
• Additional to client licences for every ComREC client, a licence for every recording channel on the Intercom server is required.
