ComREPORT - Reporting and Statistics Module

Studio Modul ComREPORT logs all system events and writes all system messages to an SQL database. This comprehensive system archive can be accessed and compiled into custom reports by means of configurable data filters.

• Consistent logging of all events and data on the Intercom System
• Statistical data analysis for Intercom systems, Emergency Call system and Call Centre systems

• Call waiting time: This indicates the customer's waiting time before the call was answered
