Activation and Deactivation
Licence Activation
Thank you for choosing quality software products from Commend. As our software is protected by the latest security measures, you will need an activation code before it can be used. Please prepare the licence key you purchased and the serial number of your chosen Intercom Server to activate your licence. Please note that licenses activated to VirtuoSIS based Intercom Servers (eg. S3, S6, or Virtual Machine) are permanently activated and cannot be deactivated. Also, activated licenses cannot be returned.
Licence Deactivation
Non-VirtuoSIS based licences need to be deactivated before they can be moved to another Intercom Server. An activation/deactivation cycle can be repeated only up to 14 times. Please prepare the deactivation code from your intercom server, which you will receive as receipt for deactivating the licence in an IS300, GE300, or GE800.
