We want to equip you with the tools and know-how for the job!
This live instructor led class spans a wealth of topics over the 2-day course. SIP Devices, IoIP Devices, and Intercom Server configurations are just a few of the topics covered. Each attendee will have real physical equipment to do the live labs which helps to re-enforce the learning material. Additionally, you may choose to continue your education with Commend by completing optional training modules on our eLearning platform: Polygon.
Cost: $700 per attendee ($350 if renewing) and Commend hardware is required to do the labs.

Previously Certified Technicians
For those that are previously certified we offer two options:
- You may re-take the 2-day Live Certification Course. This is especially recommended for those who have not taken the course recently. We start the class assuming no previous knowledge of Commend. There are live labs and Question & Answer time. We offer you a discount on your registration fee. You get 2-years of access to our online eLearning Portal called Polygon. There are many optional courses that you may want to take advantage there as well.
- You may take a special fast track self-paced course for certification. This course will assume that you remember the basics of Commend configuration. You must configure a simple example site and submit your configuration file for verification. There is also a short test filled with common support questions; you are free to re-take the test as needed.

Steps to Complete Registration
Step 1 – Registration
Please click a class from the above list and then use the registration link to enter your information.
Step 2 – Submit Payment
Submit your PO to training@commendusa.com or fax 201-529-0008. We will invoice you upon receipt of the order. Please contact us for assistance with credit card payments (processing fees apply).
Step 3 – Preparation BEFORE class
After registering you will be emailed a short list of steps to have completed before arriving. This helps ensure that all students arrive with the preparations necessary to have a rich class experience.
